Phrasal Power, operated and developed by Iryna Kukhtyk, an individual developer (“we”, “our”, or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide while using our mobile application and related services (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you use Phrasal Power, we may collect the following types of information:
Account Information
Email address, name, and authentication data when signing in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email/password.
Usage Data
Completed lessons, learning progress, preferences, statistics, and interactions with the App.
Device Information
Device type, operating system, language settings, and general technical data.
Optional Data
If you choose to upload a profile picture, send feedback, or contact support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the App
- Personalize your learning experience
- Track your progress and achievements
- Improve the App and develop new features
- Communicate important updates or support
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share data only:
- With trusted service providers (Firebase, Google, Apple, Facebook) who help us operate the App
- If required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights
- With your explicit consent
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required by law.
If your account becomes inactive, your learning progress and personal data may be retained for up to 365 days so you can return without losing progress.
After 365 days of inactivity, your data will be permanently deleted.
You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years old (updated per your request).
We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us immediately so we can remove it.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your data
- Withdraw consent to processing
- Request account deletion
- Contact us about any privacy concerns
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in two ways:
a) Inside the App
Profile → Delete Account → Confirm
(Your profile, progress, and learning data will be deleted.)
b) By Email
Email us at support@phrasalpower.com from your registered email.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
You must cancel it in the App Store or Google Play settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updates will appear in the App and/or on our website with the “last updated” date.
