This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Phrasal Power mobile application (“App”), owned and developed by Iryna Kukhtyk, an individual developer doing business as Phrasal Power (“Developer”). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

All content, data, design, and software included in Phrasal Power are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through the use of this App.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or commercial purposes without written consent from the Developer.
• Share or publish any part of the App’s proprietary data, including content, code, or database structure.

4. Data and Privacy

Use of the App may involve the collection of minimal user data, such as authentication or learning progress, for functionality and improvement purposes. Data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the App’s Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose. You use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss or device issues.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
