1. How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your account and associated data in two ways:

a) Delete directly inside the App (recommended)

1. Open Phrasal Power
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

This will trigger automatic deletion of your data from:

• Firebase Realtime Database
• Firebase Storage (avatar)
• Firebase Authentication (where technically possible)

b) Request deletion by email

Please contact us from the email associated with your account.
We may ask for additional verification.

2. What Will Be Deleted

When we process an in-app or email deletion request, we remove:

• Your account details (email, name, avatar URL)
• Learning progress and lesson history
• Any optional data (feedback, uploads, preferences)

3. What May Be Retained

We may retain minimal information if legally required or necessary to:

• Prevent fraud
• Resolve disputes
• Comply with tax or legal requirements

This retained data is never used to personalize or identify you.

4. Processing Time

• In-app deletions: processed immediately
• Email requests: processed within 14 days
• You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

5. Automatic Deletion of Inactive Accounts

If your account becomes inactive:

• Your data will be retained for up to 365 days
• After 365 days of inactivity, all personal data and learning progress will be permanently deleted
